It was when the surgery was done. Cut from ass to balls and internal skin graft from tissue taken from the inside of my cheek. The mouth took about two months to heal. But 8 years on and no pain at all.

Mine probably as slowed a fraction- though when camming I’ve not had any complaints yet. I would imagine the strength of ones pelvic floor muscles and volume of ejaculate must be the most important determining factors in the velocity and distance of propelled ejaculate. |
