Its not urine with a true squirter, I know for sure since having sepsis.
My kidneys were damaged and peeing rust coloured but when I squirted it was crystal clear.
Not everyone has a skene gland though.

It's a fluid produced when aroused, it follows the same route as pee but doesn't come from the kidneys like pee, but from glands in the vagina. There is also a creamy fluid produced in the vagina cavity, looks a bit like male cum, from vagina walls and cervix.
