Has anyone here feel they have a porn addiction? If so has it effected your ability in the bedroom due to over stimulation of oneself or does it being an extra edge for you in the bedroom? |

I found that I'm not sure if I had an addiction but I preferred to wank instead of having sex and distorted a lot of perceptions about sex and how it should be anybody feels like they need a little advice on it go ahead and pm me. |

Porn addiction? Do you mean that you love porn and have been told by people that you watch too much? I just don't think its an issue until someone else makes it an issue. I watch far more porn than anyone I know, but to me it is just an enjoyable medium that I like more than most others.

I think its becomes an addiction when it's the only way you can get yourself off. It's an addiction when you rarely leave the house as you would rather watch porn. It's an addiction when your out and about but feel the need to look ot up at every chance giving |

If genuine then SAA can help, they have online meetings as well as local ones you can travel to. Google for their website if you want. I used to go to their monday evening ones and found them pleasant and welcoming. |

Oh please do try, it's really worth it. It's so easy to fall into the trap of extreme porn consumption these days. I just have that kind of personality  even just going a couple of days without and you'll notice a massive difference. |

Literally been doing the same myself! I supplemented with some zinc tablets as well and all seems to be recovering nicely |
