What’s girls thoughts on lads body type I used to think girls loved a lad that trained but after seeing lads about these days I came to think girls are more into the slimmer guy what’s your thoughts ? I train every day twice a day 3 days a week but I do it because I love it would probably say it’s an addiction now. |

It’s still possible to be slim and well built / trained too
With me it’s all about the shoulders to waist ratio lol |

Rom my own experience...I've got cousins who spent their 20s and 30s training and running, now they're in their 40s/50s they're all fucked...
Legs, knees, hips, shoulders...

Shouldn’t it be “heads, shoulders, knees and toes”? |

So many different things we find attractive in people that bodies at times can come second to having amazing banter with someone. We've been with all size and shapes but the connection makes the difference x |

I have a lean physique with a BMI of about 22 which seems to be appreciated when I attend clubs. I've managed to maintain the same weight for about 20 years. Recently, cycling has made it easier and I have never been fitter than I am now. |

We all have different likes and attractions to others so it’s what makes you feel the best is what you should aim to look like.
Gym work is hard but definitely has its benefits in how you want to look. |

I'd say over exercising/extreme excersising is as detrimental yiur bid as not exercising at all.
Happy medium always |

I love life fit people tbh but not to spend every day in the gym just to look good! Not my cup of tea but personality, wit and intelligence win the day! |

Happy medium always " just beacuse you have a good body doesn't mean you over exercise, what about lifestlye, eating well, even job has a massive factor.. I don't like fab like this, if you're happy sitting there with 20% body fat just because some middle aged woman from scunthope says she prefers it then I feel sad for you |

I don't care about his body type, as long as I like his face and personality. Buff is pretty to look at but if you have a face I am not into, or you're a bit of a tool then it's a no from me |

I think being healthy and content and confident in your own skin is more important than specific type....albeit we all find differing things sexy...I would agree with others that a connection is what's paramount |

Think it’s all down to individual preference, OP, but generally speaking I don’t think anyone finds lack of confidence super attractives o it’s probably best to just do what makes you feel good and then wait for the right one(s) to come along
Tell you what though - you are a big dude!! I wish I could be arsed to prep and eat as much as I’m guessing you do. I’m far too lazy with my diet!! |

All that work and you have no public pics showing off your body |

Dad bod for this kitty. As a woman of a certain age with bits that wobble when they shouldn’t, it’s kinda intimidating getting undressed in front of a ripped gym bod. A gym bod is like a super car. Nice to look at, you admire the work that’s gone into creating it, but you wouldn’t want one day to day |

Don’t give it up bud, plenty of ladies out there still like a man with your body. Fab is full of older swingers, more likely to like dad bods |

You should be doing it for yourself not for anyone else..I can totally see the hard work you put in...but that shouldt be for anyone else. Although we do appreciate it...I seriously looking back can say I def not have a type apart form they all share the fact of being a idiot.. and can say that dad bod and your bod in front of me...cant I just have both?
