Hi - I have been on the site for a couple of weeks but don't seem to be getting any meets. Lots of time wasters but especially no women or couples taking interest.
Any advice? |

So you've been here as couple of weeks and haven't had meets????? And your complaining.....jeez....some guys take months to get good meets.

You haveve been on the site one week that's it - and already had a meet.
Be patient. Females are limited in number and have both couples and single blokes vying for their attention. |

Couple of weeks and 1 meet? Thats good going! Most single lads are on here for months without a sniff. You're obviously doing something right (this thread not included).

Couldn't agree more - I am talking about the ones who set up a meet or ask for additional photos and then totally disappear - but I guess you get that on every site. |

What are your expectations from this site? How many meets or replays do you think you should get say over a 14 day period? |

I was going to ask the same thing that dark thoughts said...
what on earth was your perception of what was going to happen on the site? in a way I think it gives away your perception of what you think about swingers.....
1 week in... 1 meet.... and still moaning!!
I bet if you were to ask men who have been on the site what would be there answer if they had a meet inside their first week i am betting 99% of them would say..."lucky bastard!"
i would say to people... time,patience,common sense...
1 week isn't really giving it time... and the original post isn't really showing a great deal of patience either.....

You need to take your time, not expect too much too quickly. You need to gain peoples trust and once you have things will improve hopefully.  |

see.... the problem is that you use lines like "desperate i am not" but complain when you have been here 1 week, already had a meet... and have done better than 99.9% of guys on this site.....
so again it comes down to perception... of both this site... and of swingers in general and that is why people asked you about that.... and you ignored it....
I could have gone down the "cards in a phone box" route... but didn't... but i do think the expectation between peception and reality is skewed.....
for a lot of people swinging is about good sex, not just lots of sex.... and people tend to be choosy because they have some understanding of what they want..... and that is the point that is missed a lot of the time......
as for advice on your profile... it simply comes down to this:
if you think it reflects the best "you" it can... keep it as it is.. move on happily with your life
if it doesn't... change it!!!
no point in asking for specifics because a million different people will look for a million different things.... and your profile then isn't you anymore...
i think people in a way are telling you stuff... but i am not sure if it going in...... |

There are lots who will try and help its just better to ignore the ones who are negative and try to put you down. There is a lot of competition for meets on here and so single men will find it difficult. That is no reason to give up though. A lot come on with expectations to meet lots of people in a short time. If you think about it then its not going to come instantly. You need to build up slowly, gain peoples confidence and go from there and it will click in place eventually.
