Three weeks ago I fell over and got myself up. I’m counting it as a push up. We are by no means gym fit but we aren’t obese either (hubby has dropped two stone in a year, but that’s another story)

Personally a guy with a washboard stomach does nothing for me. As a woman with wobbly bits, I’d feel too self conscious getting undressed ...give me a dad bod anyday.

Ps I’m not body shaming fit guys (or girls) they’ve worked hard to achieve that physique ..it’s just off putting to me

I like women who play different sports and have different shapes bodies.

I don't really like bodybuilding look in women or men.

Gym is cool but it looks wierd if you don't play a sport or do any cardio.
