Hell, quite a few times I have had to ask somebody to repeat what they said because even I as a native scouser couldn't understand them through the accent.

The Liverpudlian accent has changed so much in a relatively short time. As other Scousers have said I can hardly understand the harsh, zombie like, kidder, lid accent of the modern scally.

14 years later and it still drives me crazy!
