"What do we all think about veri's
Would you expect one if you leave one? Especially if they displsy yours? "
Yes absolutely. I think it’s ok if someone doesn’t ‘do’ veri’s, but it that’s the case they shouldn’t publish yours. I think it’s rude to do that. |

I think in some cases people assume you don't want one (even if you have left them one) unless you ask for it.

Hmm maybe. I’d never thought of that. I’d hate to have to ask though,

If we have played then absolutely yes would expect a verification in return, particularly if this was the first time. Don't need a verification after each meet but for the first time yes.
If it was a social only or somebody we had met in a club then no. We would feel a bit put out if we didn't get one in return and would probably look at it as they were not interested. |

"I know some people dont display them but i think if they show your veri its polite to leave one back."
I always send a veri. It's their choice to use it or not. I think first time it's polite, subsequently not so much so. I've got multiple veris and I'm happy to post them. There are also multiple visits that have not been flagged. That's OK as well. Each to their own. |

We always say before a meet we only ever expect people to turn up. If they do and decide we are not for them or a not sure about progressing we will wish them all the best and leave a friendly verification that they are genuine. All we expect in return is the same |

I feel like veris can either work for you or against depending on the context/people who leave them.
I don't display mine because there's not much point. If someone I wanted to meet asked to see them I would probably show it to them, as they're relatively neutral.
As for receiving and giving. I'll ask them if they want one from me, if they don't ask or leave one for me I assume the shag was too bad to warrant a repeat |

Yes we’d expect one back if we wrote them one, it’s just common courtesy, it’s just a thank you note from us |
