I think sex is so readily available why would a guy bother going that extra mile or putting any effort in. Dating is not what it use to be that's for sure and it's a real shame that we are all only interesting until the next face pops into there box hah.

Dating is still very much alive, as are one night stands obviously.
I think the idea of dating for a long term monogamous relationship that, leads to marriage may be: not dead, though - slowly dying out.
It’s a lot of effort to date now, when it may not lead to anything, other than a hefty food bill. (Equality: always go half)
People will always partner up, just not in the same ways as before. I see the majority of people splitting after the first child is born. I call it check list love. When everything on the list has been ticked, they need to refresh the page and do it all over again. (Men and women)

I find regular dating boring. Seems alot of effort to end up going home in a cab. It'll be new n fresh for some. Some older peeps will give it another try. Me? I'll leave it to the experts.

I go on dates but they are never with the view of a LTR. My dating profile is pretty clear on that, having said that it's not just about sex. Being single it's great to meet new people who become friends and you have someone to do things with. Fab is fab. Dating sites I use a little differently. |

This....yes, exactly the same. I'd love to date normally. But, I feel like guys prey on women on dating sites and feed lies after lies. Empty promises until they get into your knickers.
I would prefer the honesty even on a dating site, if I knew a man's intension then I am adult to either carry on and fuck or walk away.
I feel like guys don't warrant us females with enough intelligence to decide. Well their idea of deception isn't the right way that's for sure!!! |

It’s the thought that counts of course. There’s a plus side to this also, chips are portable and, can be eaten in more romantic surroundings than a four course meal
