or is there a canine pimp out there somewhere ?
if you see an RSPCA van with blacked out windows, oversized rims and a man in a fur coat hangin out the window shouting 'ho', then hide your dog ! |

Trouble is it seems it was an undercover police dog and they got busted. The video of the 3 of them being charged is well worth a watch; especially for their families, friends and employers no doubt.  |
