There was a thread on this the other day... It's a bit of a while ago but I think I remember counting 7 different ways of fisting a woman.
If you go don't use enough lube, if she's not turned on, if you go too hard, if your hands are too big or at the wrong angle then yeah you could hurt her. You'll likely not succeed on first attempt but if she's wanting to try it, there'll be others so try different techniques then. |

Try "Fist It" or Mister B Fist Extreme.
Serious the later desensitises to minimise pain, but be clean and careful, gentle, respond to the way her body responds, over time you can become more vigorous but the first few times you really need to just take it slowly.

As others have said, listen to her, she'll be the first to tell you if it's too much etc. Build up to it, plenty of foreplay first so that she's aroused and plenty of lube. Plenty of lube. There isn’t such a thing as too much. Take it easy and don’t force it.

Trim and file your nails to make sure that there are no rough or sharp bits.
Make sure that she's very aroused.
Use lots of lube and take your time and pay attention to how she responds.
Don't be worried if you don't manage it, you can try again.
If you have large hands, try using your non dominant hand, ie left hand if you are right handed, it will be slightly smaller. I can only ever fist with my left hand and with some women, I never managed it.
