You are not really selling yourself. Maybe put a bit about yourself and what you have to offer.

Puts me off when only pics are for friends only, people want to have a look first before the email ping pong begins

Your profile says nothing about you.

I'd also remove the 420 reference as many can be put off by that.

There’s not a lot of information and I can’t see what you look like. I wouldn’t get rid of the 420 reference tho, it’s who you are and honest. If someone doesn’t like it the they move on.

Just tell us what you’re looking to get out of your experience and put some classy pics up! Should be good to go
