Hi guys, just wondering wot the best method you guys use for a good clean out before anal, i use the shower hose just now but does anyone have other ways of doing it.. |

Buy a diy enema kit, a shower hose isnt safe. |

yeah i want to know this as well lol, which sort of douches and enemas work best that is the question  |

A simple rubber bulb douche does the trick simply and doesn't cost much (mostly under a tenner and you can buy them without fuss online).
The problem with a shower hose is you can't regulate the pressure or amount of water you jet up your bum and could do damage. |

i can regulate the pressure and temp to suit, so it seems to work for me, an as for buying on line, wld be a bit embarassing if my wife opened it and asked whots this..
