Anyone else find getting there first meet the hardest? I presume once you've got that verification it becomes much easier. At least i hope it does because im really struggling. |

I was incredibly lucky and got my first meet in the first couple of days.
I found it harder after the first year - I went past the 45 year old and dropped off the upper limit of many potential meets.....the frequency dropped and I really doubted myself. Now I'm much thicker skinned.
You're lucky that you'll have long career on here. I missed the boat somewhat.

You've got verifications, I know they're 2017 but they are there. Maybe revamp your profile, inject a bit more confidence into it, it reads a bit....sad (sorry). |

Can only agree with the "go to a club", most are happy with SMs on a Friday and any club with a decent reputation will be populated with couples on a Friday that are happy to play with SMs |
