Every day The Duke is asked by men on this site, what makes a world class male swinger? Many fall into the trap of thinking by religiously following The Dukes 9 Point Plan, this will be enough to separate them from the common drivel that litters the website. While it cannot be denied that following such generous guidelines will help you become above average, it must not be assumed these commandment's will make you world class.

Only a select few will be able to master perfect stillness in mind and body, it's what makes The Duke a rare world class swinger. Before you start, you must understand this becomes your lifestyle, do not treat it as some fad diet like the majority of the general public foolishly attempt year after year. The very word diet is a disgrace, it suggests something you will eventually leave. Mastering complete stillness is something you will never leave, it becomes your lifestyle, your practice and your inner peace.
Do not waste such a unique gift. Become better than everybody else.
