Been a couple of threads about what annoys people about men and women.
They're good, as it is nice to see what is considered poor etiquette on here.
Most threads are interesting, but a few just annoy so I thought I'd open another thread on annoying threads.
My pet peeves are;
Threads asking questions like "do women like anal?" Which is usually answerable with "some do / some don't"
The more interesting questions should be how, why, when or where, not do.
Arguments about labels.
Whether it's okay to call yourself straight if you have sex with other men as long as one of you is wearing lady's clothes, or having to declare yourself gay if a woman uses a strap-on on the male.
The whining ones who have been on the site for a whole week and only had one meet.
Anymore that annoy you?

Low level and persistent bullying by some.
The pack mentality that forms behind a favoured poster.
The inability to actually have a discussion without taking umbrage.
Posters who jump on every thread with an inane comment just because they think it burnishes their profile.

I think there are too many framed as a binary choice- this sex thing or this sexy thing. The gaps inbetween and the nuances are generally way more interesting and would make more interesting threads.
And the endless threads staking out one particular bit of sex territory as exclusive to a certain group. In fairness, this usually occurs when the self-proclaimed ‘experts’ barge in rather than from an OP. I could have made a fortune in virtual picket fencing and ‘Keep Out’ signs. ‘True doms’, ‘real bdsm’, ‘proper cuckolding’, ‘real swingers’ etc etc. To me, and most of the sexy fuckers I play with, swinging is about discovery and experimentation, openness and inclusivity. |

It irritates me that, as with this thread, the interesting ones often sputter out after about 20 posts, whereas the 50th thread that week about ‘Who likes BBC’ runs to 175 bickering posts no problem. |

Yes, it's weird, isn't it? Maybe most folk are drawn to controversy rather than thoughtful and reflective comment ... Like wot we are lol xx |

When we first started swinging I was quote surprised at how closed minded people were in swinging circles and sort of superior. Mot everybody of course but I find many more open minded people outside of swinging than within it. I was also quite surprised by the culture that exists of "proper" swinging.
Anyway, threads that annoy me. None, I avoid any that do. The forum will be about what the majority want to be about and I accept that |
