Can anyone point me in the right direction. Are there any nudist beaches in the UK? We’re Liverpool based and wondered if any are within driving distance? Also, with regards to rules. Do men get a hard on, on the beach? I would probably struggle not to lol. Is play allowed/accepted (soft play). Thanks in advance. |

Morfa Dyffryn on the Welsh coast near Barmouth has a nudist section on the beach and I believe sand dunes behind.

Its always gone on as far as i know.You sometimes have a beach patrol but they generally turn a blind eye. |

Nudist beach, clue is in the name, a beach were nudity is allowed
Of course play isn't allowed, that's sex in a public place and will get you o the sex offenders register.
Not all nudists are swingers, just like not all swingers are nudists. |

I've been to Morfa a few times and its an official nudist beach, can't imagine much fun there so be careful |

If play was allowed it would be called a sex or swinging beach. The word naturist or nudist should be the clue. Just because people are naked, doesn't mean they should be having sex in public. Many naturists do it as a family too. I wonder how many swingers having sex would be happy for their kids to see this in a public place? |

"Naughty play" is taboo on almost every naturist beach in the world. The only exception I can think of would be one small section of the beach at Cap d'Agde (France) and even there it's illegal although tolerated.
Some other beaches have dunes behind where some discreet play happens, most notably Maspalomas (Gran Canary) and (so I believe) Studland (Dorset)
However try open play on a public beach anywhere else and you will get yourself banged up and, in the UK at least, on the sex offenders register.
Generally naturist beaches are exactly that, Naturist beaches. NOT sex beaches. |

We've seen people play behind wind breakers and even in beach tents and in most cases get away with it.
However there is a big difference between getting away with it and it being allowed.
We've actually seen a couple get hauled off a Spanish beach by the police for exactly that.
You can get away with anything.....until someone complains. |

The police are taking it more seriously this year after numerous complaints! Which is a good thing tbh ... last year was absolutely awful. There are a few from this site that could end up with a police record amd put on a register ... going by what they post!  |

They're not unsafe but the men are just annoying ... can be very annoying!
Treat them like any other beach folks ... just with less clothes! Surely decent people don't stare or rub themselves in public? And it is just that ... a public space! Most people on here claim to prefer privacy but lots of men on nudist beaches seem to think that this goes out of the window!

Exactly and it really pisses me off that guys seem to think that it's acceptable to prowl a nudist beach and act like a bloody sexual predator just because people choose to sunbathe nude.
Honestly porn is readily available for you to whack off at home.
This is one of the reasons why my Mrs tends to sit in the gay section of our local beach yet guys still rock up fully clothed sit feet away from her and stare .
How would you guys feel if you went out for a day with your family to a public place and there's guy's hiding in plain sight wanking?

The dilema is horny people crossing paths with non horny people and authorities.
Councils should designate specific sites for the said groups. It is feasible, the councils are a bit slow to pick up on this.
I would love to see the sign with the couple of stick people making out to tell you this beach is for the less inhibited.
I've seen activity on non nude beaches and even in the sea, no one batted an eyelid about it.
But, look what happened to Adam n Eve.

Taking away the fact that no council would set aside any area for such activities (sex in a public place is still illegal as far as I know)
Cant see many fems or couples using such a place,it would be over run with single guys with a sense of entitlement and no one to control numbers(unlike say,a club)

Once upon a time you could go to Theddlethorpe beach and check 'see who's near' and view a plethora of fabbers in close proximity. If you walk along the beach the Meerkat Men would pop up and down checking who's coming by. Their darkly roasted bodies glistening in the sun, oiled up and shiny. Some would put on a display for you to let you know their virility and availability. If you were daring enough you could wander into their territory and take one of the lightly trod paths into the mysterious dunes. Sometimes you might stumble upon couples getting some air on their bits. They would hurriedly cover up as you pass awkwardly by with a sheepish "Hi". Then you notice a Meerkat or two discretely observing them. That was until last year when the local authority had a "crack down" on this unofficial nudist beach. They took names and had stern words. Just a couple of weeks later the Meerkat Men were in residence again. Bobbing up and down, practising their squats. We haven't visited Theddlethorpe this year, the weather hasn't warmed up sufficiently, but when we do the bet is the Meerkats will be there.

There are a few up north, north Wales probably best from Liverpool. None in the UK allow open sex, but find a sheltered spot in the dunes and it's all good. Erections are less of a problem than you may imagine but if you do get one then a bit of discretion is easy carry a towel, lie face down etc. Mostly don't worry be happy. |

It's not all good. This means dunes and using windbreaks are out of the question for naturists as horny swingers will clearly see this as open season and that they are available for sex. Sex in public is still illegal as far as I know. I really fail to see the confusion between naturism and swinging. Sunbathing naked does not equate to wanting to have sex on a public beach. |

Pls be aware that nude beaches are family friendly so play on the beach or erections are absolutely forbidden and this should be respected.
Don't get the idea that nude beaches are full of sexy naked women as that is far from the truth. Most are average older people and are never crowded.
However some play does happen in the dunes but again be discreet and dont impose on cples as some go in the dunes for privacy not to be perved on.
Morfa dyffrin is a beautiful nude beach with large dunes behind the main beach .well worth a visit but pls go to enjoy the freedom of naturism and not to wank yourself silly at others exspense |
