"How the hell do I get rid of it, it's killing me in both elbows!
I think it’s ligaments so just deep heat it and rest lol "
Yeah possibly. The testing part is quite difficult though as obviously my arms are in constant use.. Even when I'm not 2 hands wanking! |

No. 1 cure for it is simply rest.
However to alleviate the current pain:
- Ice for 30 mins every ~4 hours
- Anti-inflammatries if required
- If using elbow, an elbow strap
Rest by far the best medicine in this case! |

Buy tennis elbow straps off of eBay, the put pressure on the affected nerves and ligaments and ease the pain, I suffer with tennis elbow and tendonitis in my wrist and wearing the right braces is the only thing that helps but if I do wear them properly for a few days I get months of freedom. |

Use a Felxbar from Thera-Band to rehabilitate it. I was plagued with similar, golfers elbow, for years and each time I did the twists with this bar it got rid of it after 4 to 6 weeks. Everything I did before this did not get rid of it. I swear by this bar.
They have a movement for both tennis and golfers elbow, look it up. Good luck |

It’s basically inflammation of the tendon and/or the muscle.
According to a recent paper, ice twice at the time of injury otherwise you’re restricting blood flow to the affected area hence short term pain reduction. Then use a hot towel to dilate the vessels and allow the repair enzymes in the blood to do their thing.
Keep it moving as your baseline exercise and if necessary see a physiotherapist. The use of a brace/strap will help significantly.
It can take months to heal but take your time and don’t rush it. |

I had it years back from over training. It hurt like hell and I had no choice in the end but to have it treated privately. They injected Cortisone mixed with a local anesthetic and it was back to normal in about 10 days but afterwards I used elbow straps whenever I did any triceps work. |
