Penis enlargement procedures (sometimes euphemistically referred to as male enhancement procedures in spam email and television advertisements) are techniques alleged to make the human penis increase in girth, length, or hardness.
Often, in the course of advertising fraudulent products, the distinction between temporary enlargement, i.e. erection, and permanent enlargement, is deliberately muddied.
Procedures range from manual exercises to stretching devices and surgical procedures, with reports of successes and failures around the world. While some of these are known to be outright hoaxes, other techniques have some measure of success.
Very little legitimate scientific research has been done specifically on penile enlargement, so any claims of significant and permanent enlargement can be biased or anecdotal.
General research has been done regarding the efficacy (or rather the lack of) of the contents of the pills; otherwise, one assumes, that main-stream medicine would have made use of them if they indeed worked in any setting.
There is also an element of risk with some of the more invasive procedures, with negative outcomes ranging from the tearing of skin and scarring, to permanent loss of sexual function.
Due to the speculative nature of any hope for "improvement" and the many known cases of permanent injury involved in this endeavor, many medical professionals are sceptical of the subject.[1]
At present there is no proof in the scientific community of any non-surgical technique that permanently increases either the thickness or length of the erect penis that already falls into the normal range (4 to 6 inches).
Much of the marketing of pills and potions appears based on the unproven (perhaps false) premise that women require men to have large penises for any kind of sexual relationship. It may be concluded that a worry about the size of ones penis may be (in extreme cases) a psychological/psychiatric condition best dealt with by qualified medical practitioners.
Increasing the size of the "normal size" penis must be distinguished from the seeking of a remedy for the recognised medical condition known as Micropenis where surgery to increase the organ's size is sometimes needed for urinary or sexual purposes. |

there are ladies that don't feel the need to be stretched.... I have honestly turned down many offers from guys with 'large' endowment. Does not appeal.
I have never worried about the size of me tits.... if they make a bloke pass me by..... that's their choice.
Enjoy what nature gave you, faking it in any form is unattractive to many xx |

All those ads are a load of rubbish designed to hit those that have issues with size and to make you spend your money on nothing
Is it any wonder that most of them appear on porn sites where the men are mostly larger than average? its to make you feel vulnerable, don't allow them to make you feel like that
Make the most of what you have and don't be misled into thinking that sending money to a dodgy website on the internet can change it for you

"something called jelqing supposed to have an effect but probably bullslavver"
It works, but it is constant effort and takes time - but it does work. Same as pelvic squeezes to shoot better - no gain without the pain.
Try thundersplace.com for the free and real deal - and no, I don't own the site.
But I have benefited from it.
I stopped when I "bottomed out" on my wife - but maybe I should have carried on for the size queens on here that will only suck 9" or more - lol |

Put an outrageous thread up about wearing your grans nighty and I guarantee you will feel a huge penis with the replies you get!
The pump things for your cock work for a short while but if you want a permanent result its risky. Try pumping a hot water bottle up till its huge and see what might happens. Cock pumping is risky google for cock pump disasters! |

There was a piece on some tv programme about this subject, and they had a group of guys try out various methods for a period of time, they measured them before, and after, and rather surprisingly one of the tablet trials worked a bit, and one of the stretching exercises was a quite impressive success.
Personally, as Martin junior is very important to me, I wouldnt want to risk damaging him, so I'll leave him as nature provided! |

there are a lot of single female profiles on here that state wanting VWE or 9inches or above etc.
Average size for a man is 6 inches.
I don't think it matters at all as long as you have a good time. |

Its all a CON - beware of ointments and lotions, pumps and pills etc
Some guys get results from pulling on the penis to stretch the tendon / ligament.
The only thing that works is a medical prcedure done to cut the tendon / ligament thats makes the penic stand up when errect. That then gives you another inch or two but means it don't stand up any more! Saw that on a TV programme once. |

A friend of ours has added just over an inch to his length and some to his girth through a quite intense and dedicated regime of jelking and stretching. It was over about a year but it did work (I know this from personal experience, its not just him saying it!!).

" Losing a bit of weight makes it look bigger so I keep getting told.."
Having lost 5 stone over the last 8 months, I can tell you that losing weight actually lets you see your penis!
Problem is I now have no excuse to send willing participants to check its still there!

you use an awful lot of words to say 'no'
