It does and there may be people in the area on it (normally other holiday makers and ex-pats). Just remember where ever you go round the world to check you wont be breaking that countries laws by using Fab. |

All I can say it works perfectly fine here in Spain. There is a sizable Fab contingent here, with of course many coming out on holiday and wanting to communicate. |

Yes just use who's near and remember to check the distance shown away from you as it may bring up results over 100 miles away. |
