I have something slightly similar, maybe worth considering asking your doctor.
With mine it's more that the skin behind the head is extremely fragile and tends to tear itself to pieces during sex. Doesn't stop me fucking, but it makes my dick extremely painful after either multiple sessions or a very long one.
I was given a moderately powerful steroid based ointment which seems to increase the healing rate and reduce the problem but it always seems to reoccur eventually
Strangely the only time in my life where it disappeared completely was when I was single and usually had half a dozen FWBs at any given time. |

Steroid creams may help, hydrocortizone can be purchased over the counter but if you want a stronger dosage you will need a prescription. Just be careful as over application can thin the skin.
Did you masturbate or have prolonged vigorous sex recently? What's your diet like? It may be candida (fungal). Either way you should stop having sex until it clears up mate. Good luck! |
