This is my observation, hope it helps.
I probably wouldn't consider you based on your profile. It may seem shallow but I do like to see at least one photo on a profile when we click on it (we look together). You make a lot about your stamina and prowess, we know this is a swinging site but what are you offering up besides? What do we have in common? Are you just looking to get your end away or are you going to seduce me first? The seduction part is very important to me!
I would say expand your profile text and ad a public photo or 2. Some don't like cock shots (don't mind them personally) so have that in mind when you choose your pic's
