Second time this happened now, and I’m a bit Annoyed! After booking hotel room last minute being driven by desire of mmmf meet and arranging two other male from the site one lets us down.
Did this ever happened to you guys? What do you do in situations like that. One one other time before we ment to meet just one guy. Waited in the hotel room and 5 min after scheduled time he text that he won’t come.
You chat to them, send your photos and make arrangements and after all that do they just satisfy them selves and that’s enough? Not fair on others. |

I've been stood up more times than I've had hot dinners! Women seem really enthusiastic, respond positively to messages - then come the arranged meeting and they don't show up. Perhaps it's a failure of nerve, but I'm sure there's a whole population of fantasists out there on Fab that seem to just enjoy making the arrangements and have no real intention of turning up - it gives them some kind of kick, I think. |

It hasn't happened to me often, but I know it's frustrating.
If I've not heard from them the same day I presume it ain't going to happen.
Some people talk the talk but cant walk the walk.
Day use hotels are good as you can cancel the same day if plans fall through. |

Don’t get me wrong most of our dates turns up and we have great time. But this going on, I don’t understand. I have him blocked now also the previous man. I would never think a woman could not turn up that is weird. If I as a woman decided to swing or have sex with someone I wouldn’t change my mind last minute. |

Happens to us all the time! Couples are the worst. But single men are let downs too. We either look whos on and near by. Or juat have fun ourselves. |

Yes it is good to meet people there and then rather than make arrangements. Especially with one you don’t know. With friends or someone that you know it’s easier and they turn up. |

Why did you waste three hours if you weren't compatable? One reason why I usually do a coffee social, if there's an issue I can leave once I've drained my cup! |

Sat and listened to her, clearly has some problems and we left on good social terms and hopefully she managed to get things off her chest (not literally)...and feel that no click /spark but wasn't a blatant rejection...

What will that do?"
If the profile has multiple reports on him/her, admin may suspend the account.
That's the most we can do. We can't name and shame.
That's what provided by this site. Might as well use it. |

It would be good if they actually had rules like that, 2 no shows and you will have your profile deleted, or they actually offered to pay for the hotel in instances like that I’m sure the couple would have been more than happy to just go home and say fair do but not out of pocket |

There was a suggestion under Site Feedback forum if I'm not mistaken, quite recently, where someone suggested that reported profiles, has a sign displayed on their profile to warn other users. I thought that was a good suggestion but it got brushed off with a rather commanding "Admin is dealing on it".
So, I just back off and keep quiet. |

Are you sure they are real? Verifications aside I always insist on seeing on camera and interacting (in case a video) in order to confirm they are actually real. If they are that does not mean they are reliable but if they are not it saves you being stood up |

Two weeks ago - after exchanged many messages, phone calls and texts etc, I made arrangements to meet MF couple, took time off, booked hotel near Sheffield CC, paid for it on basis we go 50/50 and despite assurances that same day, they never turned up, ignored my text/messages and now deleted profile
add to that
I am Bi and occasionally if nice Bi couple along like these two, its frustrating grrrrrrrr

I’ve been stood up a few times both as a single male and also as a party host. With parties we always tried allowed for a 25% no show and arrange a social before hand to make sure the group dynamic was right and people were genuine. |
