Are you suggesting that all performers should be paid some sort of flat-rate salary?
Different performers in all aspects of entertainment (including sport) are paid based on their ability to generate income, and as guys are the main target audience for porn, then women are much more of a draw than men.

Willing but rarely able.
The short answer is that there are far fewer women than men willing to do porn, the focus is on the woman (rarely the guy) and generally only women are listed on porn titles with men actually as onset props. I almost feel sorry for them  |
