ok, so out of my 24 hour day, with my 15 hour working day, and the little sleep i avail myself with, what portion of the day do you suggest i give to the gym?
society has become very shortsigthed and blighted by the 'body beautiful' celeb culture side of things.
seems to forget that we got through 2 world wars with an army of people with flabby pectorals.... |
