Ladies

Do any of you use an APP to help track your period? I’ve just been looking at my calendar etc and guessing but realised there must be some damn great APPs that can do it for me...

Any suggestions please?

Nope, just circle a day on the calendar on the wall and count 28 days to know when the next one is due. Worked well for years

"Have a look at Clue "

Thank you

Just downloaded it

Looks ideal and a lot easier than trying to track on my iPhone calendar/ notes.

Yes I used to use one, I think it was actually called period tracker. It was ok to start off with then my periods went all over the place so took it off my phone. It was quite handy though!

You’re so lucky yours is spot on 28 days every time

I’ve learnt from this APP that mine has a cycle variant of 6 days on average...

I’ve only just started having periods again after almost 30 years! I’ve started to mark on calendar. But think I’ll download one of these apps see if it works for me!

Great thread thanks xx

Ooohhh...this is a great idea, can’t believe I’ve never thought to look into this. Mine are all over the place but it would be useful to see if there’s any method in its madness. I’m so sick of cancelling meets I’d set up because I thought I was safe.

Period tracker deluxe for me. Haven't needed to use it for 18 months as had a coil fitted but got it taken out a couple of days ago.

Clue is great, I've been using it for a few years and it's ridiculously accurate now. Using the free version as well.

Flo but you can do it on your Fitbit app too if you have one. Just don't read some of the comments on Flo, lots of Americans angsting about having actual sex...

I played about with the one on the FitBit app before, but I don’t use one.

My periods are really regularly, only ever day either side sometimes, so I don’t really feel the need to track them!
