My friend did! Mainly patchy but most of it went! I've lost quite a bit of the hair on my head, eyebrows and lashes before but unfortunately never affected my pubes!

There's a few types of alopecia and I think alopecia totalis is the only one to affect the whole body not just the head.

My (friends)head is fine. She just has a bald patch where most people have a landing strip. Shame the edges haven’t gone bald..

It can hit anywhere on the body. I had it on the chin last year. A steroid cream fixed it in a few months.
