Find an established group, or someone who has arranged them in the past.
Putting out general adverts for guys on here just gets you timewasters, dreamers and wankers. |

That's a good question.
An established group is the way to go. We often have 8-13 guys turn up to 1 female so I would say that's the way to go or visit a club.
There are genuine guys on here who will turn up, but there are a lot of time wasters, they love the chat but never turn up.

Last but one GB afternoon party I attended I was the only guy that turned up out of 5. More fun for me but disheartening for the couple who had made so much effort to arrange.
I agree with an earlier poster that its sometimes easier to go to a club and have an inpromptu gangbang with the guys in. That assumes you have a club within easy reach of course. |

That's a shook for me, I would have thought any guy who is invited to join a couple or a woman in a group session would be delighted and privileged to be asked and would rush over without hesitation.
Unfortunately that gives us genuine guys a bad reputation but I can understand your frustration, it's really not on in my view  |

Put a status up saying you’re having a gb at the time you’re having it and loads will turn up. I did that twice last month and 9 came to the first and 13 to the second. Good luck! |

Invite twice the amount for a hotel gangbang.
Go to a club and pick guys there.
That's how I've always done it.
Having said that I have never had a solo Gangbang, it's always been with 2 other girls each time. 3 girls and 9 to 12 guys usually.
I'd love a solo gangbang 
Depending on the guys you want to play with vs the guys who want to play with you, it can be hard to find the right balance. Hope that made sense. |

It’s not that hard:
- only invite verified guys
- only invite local guys
- only invite guys who accept your rules and conditions
- older guys more reliable
- only accept people who send a face pic veri
- don’t invite anyone who won’t give you a phone number
It’s not complicated.

It's not hard if you want to invite every Tom, Dick and Harry. You'll definitely get all sort though...
Getting the right balance can be hard if you want to have a quality experience.
Personally I couldn't play with someone if I couldn't play with them on a one on one basis or find them at least attractive but that's just me.

My first gangbang I only invited people with gangbang veris. Still had, I think it was a 70% no show rate. |

We agree best way for us has been either through somebody who arranges them or go to a club. Had great fun at a boardroom in the West Mids, and at angels and sinners , Chameleons and Greenhouse |

I know it can suck when not all the guys turn up, I tried for a solo gangbang with 7 guys and got 3 guys, still lots of fun but I'd rather that then sacrafice the quality of men who turn up to gangbang me.
That may make me picky but think I would be turned off to play with anyone for the sake of it. I want to walk away from an experience still buzzing from it for days, not feeling a bit meh having played with someone I would not meet solo. |

with the exception of the telephone number, this is excellent advice, we have also had success (3 from 6 confirmed) by using a club venue (like our local Hellfire) on a night when there are extra chaps floating ... always good for some last minute recruitment , persevere ... it is wonderful if done well |

We worked really hard to set up a hotel gangbang, using lots of the ideas above - pretty confident of at least 5 and we got 2. Think the short notice advice above is the one we’ll try next but Mrs would definitely like there to be an attraction so could be an issue. Club is also on the list. |

I did this year's ago a couple of times and was insane. One of my favourite memories on the scene. I'd do it again ... Now if I can just figure out how to gain interest and approval from trim lolololol

Always invite verified guys.
guys that are ok being next to each other and happy in group fun.
guys that maybe are willing to speak on the phone prior meeting.

We were hoping to book a hotel for a gangbang at the end if the month. We have successfully managed this twice in the past but used a group of guys who organised it in conjunction with us! Unfortunately they are no longer on the scene.
From the thread we have read here we are not over optimistic on organising a successful meet up his time! |
