I had a gf that enjoyed both, either with a beautiful home made paddle or a riding crop.
The day after a heavy crop session she kept sneaking off to the loo at work to inspect the red lines and send me a photo. |

If I have to choose just one, every time, I’d choose a hand. It’s just so much more intimate. The skin on skin connection. I do actually really really love the feel too although each implement obviously has its own feels and each situation you feel differently.
But
One choice, the hand, the intimacy, every time.

If I'm receiving I love a firm hand, or my red crop.
If I'm giving I'm happy to use whatever comes to hand. I have a couple of very nice hair brushes, plus all the usual floggers, paddles etc.
I've used one of those flexible plastic sticks that you attach balloons to before now, that had a certain sting to it  |
