Drink 4 litres of pineapple juoce tonight. Shave and wash before you go in the morning. Dont put one in the bank fist. Edge plenty to build a good load. Try not to shoot until you have to. Impress with a huge load.

Yep. Diet makes a huge difference. Alcohol and veg are bad...as is things like kebabs and green veg. Fruit fruit fruit. Loads. Sweet stuff.
