So very true, I have just returned from a late strle, I walked along a dark path that has been known to be a well establish place that is very quiet!!! As I am walking there is a car parked! Engine off lights off- as I approach the main beam flashes??? Dazzled by the lights I dont look at the car and carry on along the road. I get to the end and give my selfa few moments to allow my eyes to recover. I am walking back and as I approach the car the lights go on and the car drove off at some speed??? Now am thinking am I really that scary???
