Well I have no idea what a woolyedge service is, perhaps it is where they trim loose threads from your jumper?

Woolley Edge is a motorway service station on the M1.
Jumper trimming would be much less boring!
I think it's a hole in the wall of a toilet cubicle in the services.
We live about eight miles away from there, and we struggled to comprehend the OP post too.
