"no thats rape
If she has said she wants to be woke up that way, how is it rape ?
I,d like to know how its rape too!"
Legally you cannot consent when you are asleep/unconscious. That holds true even if you have attempted to give prior consent when you were awake. This means that even if you are having consensual sex with someone whilst they are awake, the moment they fall asleep it is presumed there is no longer any consent. In other words if someone is asleep or falls asleep during sex then you could technically be guilty of a sexual offence if you carry out a sexual act with them.

we agreed that the first would wake the other up with oral sex.
it was all going well for the first couple of days as Em got up early and i was awoken with a lovely BJ each time, but the third day i woke up forst and it all went wrong.
she nearly choked to death when i shoved my cock down her throat..... |

Well, if that's the legal case then tens of thousands of people are guilty of "rape" every morning if they wake their other half up with a kiss\boob fondle |

Sexsomnia
What is sexsomnia?
Sexsomnia, or sleep sex, is a rare condition where a person engages in sexual activity during sleep. This can involve masturbation, or initiating sexual contact with a partner.
Sexsomnia is a sleep disorder just like sleep talking or sleep walking and sufferers will often have experienced one of these related disorders. Personally, I often sleep talk and I have been known to sleep walk on rare occasions, increasingly when under the influence of alcohol.
When does sexsomnia occur?
In my personal experience, I can initiate ‘sleep sex’ with my partner every couple of months. Although this can vary greatly between sufferers. I can go months without a single sleep sex incident, or it may happen twice in a week. It also doesn’t seem to matter whether I had already had sex that very night.
How can I stop sexsomnia?
There is no known cure for sexsomnia. Doctors may prescribe drugs which sedate the sufferer to a degree, but these often have side effects such as drowsiness. I would not recommend taking drugs for this condition unless you experience particularly strong episodes and there is no other option.
For most people, the worst effect of sleep sex is often embarassment between the sufferer and their partner. This needn’t be the case, as long as you talk it through with them and be honest with each other. There’s nothing weird about it, it’s just like sleep talking. Fortunately, my partner is very accepting and is happier about my condition than I am! Also, my occurences are relatively infrequent. |

We have a long standing arrangement that once in a while I'll slip inside dev and wake her up in a gentle way and then ramp up the effort once she's awake. It's with consent as it's agreed long in advance, and it's done in the right way. She has the same dispensation with me that she can wake me with a blowjob if she wants, which she occasionally does. When these things are done the right way, they're actually very nice.

I don't think anyone would remain asleep for long in such a situation.
I was more concerned with the misappropriation of the R word where consent has been given in advance.

haha, we do this all the time, didn't realise it was a condition.....we sometimes wake up halfway through...and sometimes we only realise when we're sat having a coffee in the morning.....can never work out who did the jumping on tho...think we both must suffer with it, although I'm not sure you could consider it suffering lol certainly one of the better medical conditions to have |

Maybe, you were supposed to go down on her!
But I must admit i'd love to be woken by a blowjob every now and again.

My wife said she wanted to be woken up by me having sex with her but the problem with these type of requests is knowing when it's ok and when it's not. Saying that I said to her I'd quite like to be woken up with a bj......still yet to happen |
