The few socials we've had always seem to spoil the sexual things, for us it's about the fantasy so hearing 2 hours of work, kids etc soon destroys it. We prefer the meet up and have sex then do the social welfare built decent friendships from Dec first chat later but never chat first set later |

I don't mind a social. There can be a bit of an awkward feel about it to start with but you get so much from body language so it's time well spent on both sides of a connection is important to make things work. Discussion by text can come across like you're getting an instruction manual sometimes too  |

Sometimes i find this is a better way than just social
Same here"
My issue with clubs is the astronomical prices some charge, or the ones ive been to at least for the single man.
So it turns into a £80 social with a couple of CokaColas thrown in.
Thats the reason ive stopped going to clubs and prefer a one to one social at a pub/bar.
