i have a house in scotland that i'm doing up to rent but a friend has said he would rent it out to swingers wanting a holiday in scotland easier than hotels for meets whats the opinion would it work ???? |

Lots of variables here but as you haven't given( maybe shouldn't on open forum ) bit hard to judge. Area / rental time / rent etc., lol we knoiw the market , good luck  |

What market are u aiming at...if people want a couple of hours then a hotel has better fascilities. You could undercut them by allowing rental by the hour, but have fun explaining to the police that you are not a brothel.
There are swingers cottages/BnB's, but they are to the same standards ppl expect for any holiday rental...is your place suitable? |
