"What’s the point of verifications when people think my profiles fake  "
Well surely if it has been verified by several members who have also been verified by other members then the chances are you're genuine. I usually check out who has verified people and even the ones who have veried them, sometimes you can meet others with similar tastes so winning all round. |

I would also like to ask views on someone contacting you with no verifications. I received a face pic of a couple (it could be any couple) then during the chat I asked for nude pics as mine are up there and my partner wants to see the goods. They refuse and stop the chat...any views out there?

It may have been a fake profile, who knows. But on the point of nude pics, just because you have them doesn't mean people have to show you theirs. Anyway, it's not cool to ask - makes the asker seem like a pic collector or perve. |

We have nudes too, but would never ask someone else for them. Can see you are on a single profile, maybe they queried that, you asking for pics for your partner but you’re not on a couples profile. That’s my personal view of how I’d feel anyway. It would make me feel uncomfortable x Viv |

My profile says I have met a partner but the couple were interested in just me to begin with and continually asked for face pics. Their pic could be of any clothed couple. I sense something fishy. I think those that ask for face pics with little one liner messages are not to be trusted when the chat has not developed first....fake definitely like so many on here, so tired now.  |

Some women get very annoyed when asked if they're real.
I was on another app where there were no verifications and no other ways to tell if the person was real or not, so I asked for a live pic on Kik and many of them stopped chatting.. Some women even sent me a live pic and then blocked me immediately afterwards  |

Not really. People give off signals which give me a good or bad impression. I give them a bit more leash, see how they react, etc. It's a process. |

Very much depends on the context and how this is done. I'm happy to additionally verify myself at a pace I'm happy with where I'm moving towards meeting someone. But sometimes people literally write to me and say "face pic". Uh, no? Or one memorable day where my FWB had arranged a surprise threesome for me. Some time after the guy was due to arrive, showing 20 miles away on Fab, he was telling my FWB to show my face (part of the game was not to) because are we sure I'm actually there. Along with some derogatory comments he made and "forgetting" condoms, I sent him a picture of my hand on my skirt, a sarcastic sorry, and blocked him. |

Exactly. I'm happy to chat on cams on kik/Whatsapp, to prove I'm genuine. The problem with it also, is if you need to verify by sending a nude pic to a person, the face would also need to be in it, to prove that it is your naked form. Not many are willing to do that. Christ knows where it would end up with some. |

I have face photos on profile, probably cost me meets. However I don't get any references to the Sale Of Goods Act. If people recognise me I can't see any great problems.
I sort of blew any cover I had with close friends and family when I split with my now ex to live with an escort I'd met. My daughter and her became good friends.
What I do in my personal / private life is what I do. I run any business as efficiently or badly whatever my sexual tastes.
Peopl I deal with, (buyers and sellers) seem to just want a reliable person. It's 2019 why should they care about your sexual preferences as long as they are legal, make or save them money.
If you as a business look at it from any other point of view these days you are heading for recievership, (maybe not if you are dealing with some churches).

A pic can be uploaded after the verifications were written.
I would at least want to see a few more photos or one taken specifically for me. I've met men who had a lovely 6 pack as their pic but suddenly lost it when we met.
Not that a 6 pack is important, but you get what I mean. |

Just ask them to verify themselves to the website or send you a veri pic with their username and date on a piece of paper, otherwise it's not worth the risk. If someone can't be bothered to hold a piece of paper with their username on it, they shouldn't be here |

A good point, it's quite easy to copy photos off the net, and you can chck to see if they've been used elsewher, it doesn't always work though.
However if you look at someones verifications, you can also look at the verifications of those who verified them, go back even further if you want.You can also look at the profiles and verifications of the people they have verified. There surely comes a point when you're getting a bit too paranoid for this game? |

I have just noticed a basic new profile, where there is now a verification (hidden). Surely someone who is messaging can agree to verify each other to help each other without even meeting. Surely a cam verification cannot even prove where someone is from as not a face to face meet? |

As does “gushing” verifications.
And the language structure gives even more insight.

I'm always careful to try and keep peoples actual identities out of veris. I will frquently let people see them so they can ask for edits. I've never had a really bad meet when I felf I should write a negative one. |

I'm real and anyone that's met me or knows me knows I'm real ,I don't have veris and don't need them and I do ok, stop worrying about a limited number of people who you don't know yourself and who are ultimately real,we all are otherwise we're bots ,enjoy the people who will meet you .A verification from a person you've never met means absolutely nothing because we all have such varying views on looks ,personalities, dress sense ,age ,distance and sexual kinks how can that veri mean anything other than they turned up and don't mess this one around they're what fabs all about |

Hidden veris does suggest that someone has something to hide.

I'm always careful to try and keep peoples actual identities out of veris. I will frquently let people see them so they can ask for edits. I've never had a really bad meet when I felf I should write a negative one."

You're right, people won't leave bad veris so it makes the whole process pointless. I could have met one person who thought I was a great shag and 2,000 who thought I was utterly shit and mental. No-one would know. |
