I'm a regular in the northern room and won't say its clicky as such tho a lot of us have all met and know each other personally (most recently from last months social being my birthday) 
You do tend to find a few people are happy to just 'perve' cams tho without speaking
We're always happy in there to welcome newcomers and try to make them feel at ease tho sometimes the room moves that fast it's hard to keep up with any conversation 
Anyway next time you pop in i'll keep my eyes open and say hi
