I am off out with my flatmate for her 'pissing off to London' night out......
One of her friends, who is 'fucking gorgeous', is staying at our flat over night after the piss up and is in a bit of a purple patch with her fella and apparently gets a bit 'loose' when she has had a few. We have flirted a bit every time we have met up (me n the friend, that is) but my flat mate has asked me to laugh it off if the friend comes on to me.
This is soooooo counter what I want to do, but...............
What do I do? Go for the fuck and ruin a friendship (though doubtless our girl will forgive me in time, she has before)? Or play safe and perhaps flirt and pay attention to the free and single, but slightly plain other girl who has also been invited along?

Your friend sounds as if she is trying to subtly warn you off because she can see possible repercussions after the event.

I am surprised you have to ask but on reading further down when you say she forgiven you before points at possibly a lack of respect.
If she has asked you to laugh it off then its fair to say that's what a real friend would do. |

well im guessing by the fact they have met a few times while she been sober and not jumped into bed with him says she wouldnt do it sober

Well..............
I would seem that my flatmate is far less popular than i had expected her to be....
Not only did the cute girl make the excuse that she was ill, but her other friends did not turn up......
Turned out I was her only friend after all, aren't I a good egg?.......
