I think most guys potentially have trouble translating the sensation from down there into something that makes sense... if that makes sense...? I reckon a fair few probably get stressed by not being able to come or coming quickly or slowly that it messes up what should really be enjoyable and turns it into something drawn out and potentially nightmarish.
So maybe it's a matter of technique.
