So my gf who is now 20 really wants a boob job, its something she been thinking about for a while now and even tho ive told her shes perfect the way she is she wants it doing for herself and if it helps her feel more confident then why not.
What i need help with is she told me its around 4k which she has nkw saved up but i would like to know if this is a realistic price and if there are any hidden costs that follow as were both young and havent got thousands to throw around.
Also are there any cons to having this done? Feeling ect?
If anyone who has had the procedure could give some advice that would be brilliant, thanks lee

I had a boob reduction last year! Having big boobs is a hindrance.
But if she really wants to do it then support her. Make sure she gets a good surgeon. |

4K is a very realistic price if anything it’s a little on the cheep side , my ex had hers done at the Westbourne centre in edgbaston by Dr Hiroshi Nisikawa , he did an amazing job that once settled down look 100% natural.
I strongly recommend this clinic and this surgeon. |
