i have used them, they ok if your towards the end of your period or just beginning, but no good if your full flow as so to speak, if your bleeding heavy and having sex you will leak thro them in no time at all

why run a mile? Just wear protection and shower after. Menstrual sex can be very good I find as often the fem is super horny

I had to use them this weekend (beginning of my period). We went to 2 clubs and a hotel and when I asked my 'bedpartners' afterwards they had no idea at all. I went into the jacuzzi and only changed sponge once. (every 8 hours). I love them! You can order them online.

I use coral sponge on my period, all i can say is Brilliant! You can still have sex with no bleeding and your partner feels nothing. I never have any leaks either. It's great for my work and could'nt live without the sponge!
