loosing weight

I decided that im fat and need to loose weight so joined a gym.

Its going well so far 2 weeks in and I feel I've lost weight

gained confidence so didn't wear knickers there today

Everyday at a time....cut out most of the rubbish bread is a killer and avoid alcohol.

Gym is good but eating well is more important to keep it going
