The ones I have met have usually had more options than less if they work weekend then they can do mid week and mornings when they work eves.

I meet my lovely fwb regularly and he is on standard 12 hour shifts days/nights.

Works well for us because we make it work

I've met somebody on here and it's rare our shifts match but we just find a way. When we do meet up it's good, just have to make the most of things

I do four on then four off. Two 12 hour days then two 12 hour nights thrn four days off. Can fo daytime and evening meets depending on dad duties!

Worked shifts for a good many years. They can be restricting for meets, however they also create different opportunities for other people's availability.

You just have to be creative.
