I've just trained legs at the gym and now u feel so horny from testosterone being pump around! Does anyone else get this feeling?

Not really, my leg day was on Saturday and my legs are just getting over the Dom's. Didn't make me horny just ache though, but I'm still a beginner when it comes to lifting.

Good to see that some of you do actually train legs!

The trend seems to be arms n chest and leave the hard to hit muscles, the amount i see strutting their stuff all pumped up with legs that look like my mums! pmsl

I've fairly recently started going to the gym again. I prefer to do an all over type of workout rather than have a legs day or an arm day.

Why do people do that? Just wondering.

Always horny after training. I find that it's best to avoid training legs on a day I'm planning to have sex, or the day before. Can interfere with agility.

We'd be fucked if there was a zombie apocalypse the day after leg day.

It's a technique for muscle hypertrophy

Some use it correctly some do not

For hypertrophy training it’s kinds recommended. Push it to near enough failure, eat, sleep, and then go again a few days later. You can generally get more volume having specific “days”.

I get this...it lasts at lest 2 days!!!

It is correct though that just doing a heavy work out will increase testosterone.

I always do a mix, usually because I'm never sure when I'm going again.

I’m always horny after the gym.

With the strongman and lifting heavy weights brings out that horny Alpha Male side and usually end up hard sat on the sofa when I get in lol

Which when you train 4x a week is a lot of horn to let out

I train legs, including bum, 2 to 3 times per week. Defo don’t get horny after it though, my legs are like jelly.

Though I also get jelly legs after a good hard, deep pounding

I usually do an all body session just hitting slightly different muscle groups each time but it doesn’t make me ache until a day or so after.

It does however make me horny straight after

I get it he feeling more and more the fitter my body gets lol
