But also, I suppose it depends on what you mean by 'true TS'?

Or no balls anywhere if the OP means what I think they mean

I think the OP means a true TS is is a post op tv not a hairy bloke wearing knickers or a convincing tv, but someone who has had their cock and balls chopped off and has a surgically reconstructed vagina!!

As a very open minded person I love and accept all walks of life, but to put brackets on things I’d say personally a tv is someone who lives life as a male but dresses for pleasure/sex/nights out or at home to feel comfortable ect and have fun, but a ts would be someone who lives there whole life as a female regardless of genitalia pre or post op I have no idea if this would be correct assumptions by the way so please do inform me further

Almost, but I'd put TV as more as a lifestyle, i.e not just sexual, and more feminine looking.

I'm a transwoman. I have lived most of my life as a Male and obviously that affects you in ways you can't just forget or pretend that it never happened. I've never had a period and I'll never give birth, so I find the whole "transwomen are women" mantra a bit hollow tbh. I live as a woman now, and I'm accepted by everyone as a woman, but, if I go to a club and get chatted up by a guy (which happens a lot) I always tell them I'm trans, and 9 times out of 10 they lose interest, so I prefer to describe myself as a transwoman. It saves a lot of hassle at times.

We’ve met a couple of fully post op ts male to female , and they are women . Why would anyone treat them any differently ?

I’ve fucked them and it doesn’t feel any different , kissed them and again , just the same . So why would anyone not treat them as a woman ?

Now if we are talking about a ts with a dick , then that’s a different story altogether . I find it impossible to see them as women when they still have a dick . Sure they are fit , and if you don’t mind a bit of bum fun , or oral , then it’s all good , but it isn’t the same as fucking a post op trans woman . You need to be bi to engage in any form of sex with a chick with a dick , not so with a post op transsexual .

So it's how passable for feminine I am that defines how I'm labelled, regardless of how I feel about myself? What if you thought I was attractive, but someone else thought I looked like a Prop in French knickers? Do I have multiple labels?

I'm not having a go. Don't worry. It's confusing with so many labels around. That's why i'd advise anyone hoping to meet someone who is Trans in any definition. To just treat us like people, not sex objects. We'll let you know when we're ready to be one, IF we like you. Same for anyone of any sexuality. Manage YOUR expectations, nothing is given, relax, be yourself and get to know us.

You could label yourself as a tyrannosaurus Rex if that's how you feel, it really doesn't bother me!

And yes, I completely agree, I have never seen anyone as a sex object. The people I have met through sites such as this one, we've spoken for ages, getting to know each other before even thinking of meeting.

This is excellent advice. I get inundated with questions at events on the lifestyle and how pretty and confident some of us are. Almost all innocent and genuinely inquisitive. Regardless of whether you find us sexually attractive or not, get to know us. There’s a person under that frock and we aren’t an alien species.

You'd be surprised at how many guys still regard post-op transwomen as men. You dont have to search hard on these forums to find the bigoted, ill-informed cretins spout their hate. Just scroll down almost any thread about tv/ts and they inevitably turn up to tell us that if you're born male you'll always be a man. It's not always men who are guilty of this either.

It's definitely getting better, and there are some lovely people here, but there's still a way to go yet before we're fully accepted as women by everyone.

I dont have a dick.

Fuck the haters. I’ve had more noses turned up at me by real women than men. It’s definitely getting better as you say but there’s no changing some people’s narrow view on what THEY deem to be acceptable. "

Well said fuck the haters carry on living your life the way you want xx

Fuck the Haters.. but don't expect any special treatment! Just because you're different.

If women have had to fight up until now to start to get equal, fair, treatment and a right to privacy and security. I dont think those rights shoukd be jeopardised by Trans right's, which are just as important.

Not long ago I saw a local TV looking for local meets in z female public toilets with other men. I'm sorry, but that shit don't fly with me.

All for civil liberty and all that, but not as risk to others.

Just a little pished side rant. Please ignore.

They do this because to a lot of TV's it's just fantasy la la land, and they get their rocks off from the thought of it rather than the act itself, which they most probably wouldn't go through with anyway. Likewise I can't actually see many men being willing to get caught shagging a tranny in the ladies toilets.

It is annoying though, because there are a lot of people who will jump at the chance of showing trans people to be nothing more than perverts, and will willingly tar us all with the same brush.

Yeah I find that too.. people think I'm an STI riddled sex addict. Hence two profiles.. so people can get to know male me, minus the preconceptions, before anything gets physical.

"Loads of posts for Tgirls on here but scarcely ever see a profile for a true TS?

I'm a post-op ts woman.

Are you not just a woman.

Could this possibly be because some on here view trans women as purely sex objects, and not as a person? I have one or two good friends (not on here) who are trans, and this is how they percieve it. Shoot me down in flames if you like, its only my opinion!

Possibly yes. I have two sides: normal everyday me and filthy slut me. In filthy slut mode I'm as guilty as anyone of portraying ts as sex objects, so I shouldn't complain too much really, although many natal women have a filthy slut mode too, which is readily evidenced by perusing this site for a few minutes.

Anyway must go, I'm being shagged silly in a couple of hours and I need to get ready.

That's a really interesting insight, it's made me think though with your comment on misleading people. Just a general question to all post ops - Would it be the case that before sleeping with a guy you'd always disclose that you are a post op TV?

I think that's good to hear that you would disclose this, I'd hope that others in the same situation would do too.

In terms of misleading them, I'd say by not telling them you are. You have the complete right to class yourself as a women, that is your view and I for one accept that you have a view like this. However you have to understand someone else won't share that same view and we should all equally accept this too and therefore it's important to discuss and disclose upfront.

Personally I would always class you as a Male, but that would be only my personal view. Therefore being straight I would feel very upset to find out afterwards if ever I was in that situation, almost devastated and maybe even needing counselling.

Okay, but if someone were to ask you outright "We're you born male?". Would you tell the truth or lie?

Sorry loads of typos in the first message

This is a very difficult topic and there’s no easy answers to it. I myself have had profiles with Ts previously and now I have “woman”, I still make people aware of my past for several reasons but the main one is of my own safety.

It’s horrid to have to say it and it sounds like an exaggeration but women like me have been assaulted and murdered when the partner they’re with have found out their past.

My transition was a big part of my life and by not sharing that fact I am not sharing a big part of what makes me me.

This is of course my own choice and every Trans person has to make their own choice on how to approach it and not telling someone should never been seen as lying to them.

You are accepting that person on how they are right now, why should their past matter to you?

Yes absolutely this is not an easy topic.

I think telling someone for your own safety is wrong on all levels. Surely you don't want to be with someone (whether that is a relationship or just fun) who either does not accept you and your past but equally would harm you?

Whilst I don't condone any violence nor have I ever hurt a woman or a man for that matter through violence, if I'm honest I'm not sure I'd know how I'd react to knowing I've slept with someone who used to be a guy and I was unaware.

I think it brings me to a point I want to make. In non of the answers to my posts I've read on this thread does the TV consider the other persons feelings or views, I'm trying to be diplomatic here but everything I read is about them and their own feelings/privacy etc. Everytime they have said they've disclosed the situation it's been for all reasons other than it's just ethically right to do so. Just read back the last few posts to see my point.

Even the most mild mannered guy could respond argressively when faced with knowing they've slept with a person who used to be a guy. You have had years to evaluate and understand yourself, but please respect the other person may not have had that and it could have a irreversable damaging effect on them.

"It's obvious people still don't grasp the correct terminology of the subject and talk utter bollox."

The terminology is subjective, it's down to each and everyones individual views. Nobody can really judge what is 'correct'?

Hence why I've stayed away from the actual terminology and merely discussed other views and feelings that should be considered, yet I'm accused of talking nonsense?
