Good luck in the quest, I’ve came down from
18 stone to 15 stone. There will be wobble along the way but as long as you get back on track quickly you will be fine.
What’s more rewarding is when your smaller sized clothes start fitting again. |

Please don’t concentrate too much on what the scales are saying x you can become toned and in great stunning shape but the scales might not say 7 stone, that’s incredibly light of your carrying a hot toned/gym fit body with nice thick legs and bum ect, so don’t worry about the scales remember muscle out weighs fat, get yourself a good routine with a healthy balance of toning excersizes aswell as cardio and also your diet, cut the carbs as much as possible but don’t starve yourself |

I could do with seeing what sort of fitness and stamina levels your already at so I can work out an achievable workout regime, so For professional purposes of course I think we best start in the bedroom and put you through your paces ;P |

Sarah here. I went from 13.5st to 9st some years ago. Make sure you're doing it for yourself, because you want to. If you're doing it for others or because you think you should it won't work. Secondly, by all means have a ball park goal weight to aim for but I agree with the previous reply, numbers on scales are not the be all & end all. My goal was to get back into a size 12 regardless of weight, it turned out for me that's between 9 & 9.5st. I also found it helpful to keep a record of my measurements, bust, waist, belly, hips, thighs & even my calves! It was a great motivation because it made me realise I was losing inches rather than lbs sometimes (weight of muscle compared to fat).
There will be bad days but don't get disheartened, it doesn't mean you've failed, it means you're human! Just start again the next day.
All the best!

Wish you luck and remember your body will always revert to its natural body weight if you stop dieting...
Be realistic and remember when your older it gets harder coz of all body changes
But good luck |

I'm currently overweight, but until I get the all clear from the drs can't really over do it . I'm sure if your doing it for yourself, it is easier than trying to satisfy others .
As long as your happy |

Good luck OP. I know how extremely difficult it is. A few years back I topped the scales at 22stone! However still have the exact same insecurities as I did back then so nothing has changed mentally. Always see myself at my biggest. Currently sitting at around 17stone but would love to be 15stone which would be ideal for me I think. |

Good luck. 7st does sound a bit extreme though, got to leave a bit of meat on the bone, too skinny isn't sexy at all. Have a read about RTE (Restricted Time Eating). Used to be a big lad myself and its what I do now to control my weight, works great. |

GL OP. I went from 18 stone to 13 when I was diagnosed with type 2. The first 2 stone flew off but it took time to get the rest off. No special diet for me other than cut out the sugar. Eat smaller often and a bit of excercise. Waking mainly and canoeing. Since then I’ve been able to keep it at bay. |

Good for you
And good luck OP.
I'm doing the opposite now after 20 odd years of being on a diet I'm going to try and accept myself as I am.
I'm exhausted from it all!
