I honestly wouldn't put an age to it. Some women look amazing into their 50's and there are others who look dog rough by their early 20's. Same with men.
As for sexuality it's the same again. I've not long since come out of a relationship with a young women and she was.... well I'm not going to divulge anything. Let's just say we had good times   |

i have a friend in is 30s he was having a rationship with a lady 10 years older than him when it finnished is next girl friend was a good 10 years younger in mid 20s , i was joking with him one day about which was best , he said young was keen and up for things any time a day anywhere but you could not beat experience he soon went back to someone a little older |

Depends how you define sexy, is sexy no stretch mark and firm tits or the drive to go for what you desire?
Everyone will have their own opinion on sexy some will find a nice young firm body sexy others will find the mature mind sexy
For me confidance and experience are what makes someone sexy which can come at any age but a trait more commonly found in the more mature lady |

The age i am now, was discussing this with a guy the other night and noway would i want to be in my 20's sexualy. I love being this age, i also find that majority of men really couldnt give a shit about stretch marks, saggy skin or a less than perfect body, its the women that tend to have the hang ups about these things and not the men |

surely its subjective
each woman will find a different point in their lives where they found themselves to feel sexiest and each guy will find a different age he finds sexiest so there is no one definitive answer  |

40 +
Dont look any where near as gorgeous, svelt and blemish free as I did as a 20 year old now.
However hitting 40+ has meant I am not affraid to ask for what I want and wont accept anything less. I am not ashamed to want horny sex, feel sexy, watch porn, go dogging, have a threesome and more somes (all guys, happy memories), and want to continue to play more and more

Its not so much about a specific age as it is as reaching a specific maturity and that can be very individual....
Personally, when I started swinging that changed my outlook about my Own body, I became less harsh and judgemental about my imperfections.
I think this is because I started seeing so many naked women- but real naked women, not just the media portraits of women that are all lithe and skinny.
In turn I realised its natural to compare your body with others, but conversely, realised its no better or worse, just different.
The self assurance came from there, and the sexual confidence with it! |

I think it depends on the individual,tbh but im in my 40s so have got a few years behind me on the swinging scene,shyness has gone out the window and i love the fun lol |

Its impossible to define really. It varies from woman to woman, but as a general rule of thumb I find women of 20 have the most energy, women of 30 have the probably have the body that most fits the "ideal" image, women of 40 have the highest sexual appetite, and women of 50 have the highest confidence and have developed the most sexual knowledge and skills...
And that formula doesn't even fit a lot of women!

In my 20s i enjoyed sex but if i didnt like something i kind of put up with it.
Now in my 40s i enjoy sex even more i know what i like or dont like and im not scared to tell people what i want If somthing goes wrong rather than go bright red and grab my clothes i laugh and try again xxxx
