Well meaningless sex with random people may not be the answer . I always found it difficult to stay hard on meets , whether with strangers or friends in the scene , but never had a problem with my wife one on one .
We stopped meeting others in May and things have got even better between us , so perhaps a break and enjoying each other may rekindle it , with no pressure .

You need a supportive missus as well. That's a big one. Talk to her honestly. Let her know it's not her fault (this effects you both).
Might be a stupid idea.... but why not have sex where your dick is not part of the equation at all. Therefore no pressure. Use a dildo for that bit.... and focus on her.
Anxiety where you are worrying/thinking about allsorts of things when you should be focusing on the job at hand could be the cause. It then adds to your anxiety and snowballs. Hard to break the cycle.
And remember it will affect most men at least one point in the lives.

You need to see your GP and possible get a referral to Urology.
There are other medications and specialist support available.
It is important to take these steps as a couple. |
