The soreness fades and I am usually feeling normal again by next day but if it is your first time then it may take an extra day. It gets better if you go regularly as there is a bit less hair once you are in phase. Monthly suits me nicely.

Do remember NOT to shower for 24 hours after and use something on your skin, a mild disinfectant creme is good.

C xxx

So did you go up or not? I know that was the thing you were worried about?

with the moon n stars somewhere in gtr manc

I've heard aloe vera gel is good for soothing.

Only get my eyebrows waxed (yes I'm a wimp!) and it feels lovely when they put the cooling gel on afterwards

It's a good job men don't have to suffer the pain of giving birth or the human raze would be extinct by now!!

talc will help to ease the stickiness but you might end up sleeping in underwear for comfort.

Its well worth it for the gorgeous smooth feeling and (sorry I have to say this - no stubble)

Ah but did you flinch?? I don't get sensitive at all. Wax and go. And remember to exfoliate (after 24 hours) with a mitt to keep away any ingrowing hair

"things also seem to be a bit more sweaty down below than normal :s"

A good smudging with Fiery Jack sorts out any perspiration problems.
