Depends on what the mess is. Ashtrays and lager cans amongst McDonald's wrappers would probably put me off.

Discarded Armani and Gucci bags amongst empty champagne bottles, probably not.

Definitely. It doesn't say much for their hygiene does it. Also on chat cams when they are sat in a cloud of smoke rolling their fags/joints. Yuck!!
